Indoor house plants

Houseplants are popular indoor decorations.

Attractive and constantly
changing, they add a softness of line and nature indoors.. , the ideal location of a plant for decoration may not be the ideal spot for plant growth. Lack of adequate light is the most common factor limiting the growth of plants in many areas of the home.This can be supplemented to a certain extent by artificial lighting(electric light)

Indoor plants help create a pleasant home environment. As part of the 'indoor landscape' plants create a cool,spacious feeling even in the warmest weather..;
1,Most indoor plants prefer a humid atmosphere and indirect light, and vary in their light
requirement.I deally plants should be placed near a window, on the window sill or in hanging baskets near a window.
2, Improper watering is the cause of most house plant problems.Both under and over watering can cause leaves to yellow and fall.
3, Adequate water drainage is essential for plants grown indoors in containers.Ensure good drainage by mixing an adequate quantity of sand with the soil.A good soil mix of one part of soil, one part of peat and fertiliser and one part of sand.

4,They need to be repotted regularly.
